The stack: Astro on Cloudflare Pages for the blog itself, Polars and scikit-learn and statsmodels for analysis, Jupyter in VS Code for the notebook surface, Pyodide in the browser for the rare interactive demo. One choice per layer, frozen for 12 months.

The argument: every change to this list is one less hour spent on methodology, statistics, or writing. Tool sprawl is the enemy.
